A Heartfelt Goodbye: Messi’s Departure from Barcelona-Miami and the Unforgettable Bond with Hulk

Messi was bursting with joy when he shared the thrilling news about a new addition to his family, expressing his heartfelt appreciation to his beloved for this incredible blessing. Together with his wife, Antonela Roccuzzo, they never failed to bring smiles to their followers’ faces by sharing adorable photos and videos of their cute furry companion on different social media platforms. Unfortunately, since 2021 when Messi began his adventure with PSG and returned to Spain to recover from an injury, it seems that any additional updates about their furry friend have gone unnoticed.

Messi, the iconic footballer who has been honored with the renowned Ballon d’Or trophy on seven occasions, has recently expressed his concerns about the possible anxiety his dear furry friend, Hulk, could face when they move to a different continent in July. In a candid conversation with Grandados, Messi revealed that Hulk is currently grappling with distress, leaving him with the heartbreaking dilemma of considering euthanasia for his beloved companion.

Messi discovers solace in the cozy embrace of his domicile in Barcelona, generously shared with his adored familial companion, Hulk, a lively and spirited Bordeaux mastiff of seven summers.

Hulk, the adored Bordeaux Mastiff who belongs to Messi, is currently enjoying the best years of his life at the age of seven. It’s worth mentioning that these magnificent animals typically have a lifespan of around five to eight years, which highlights Hulk’s exceptional well-being and liveliness. Nevertheless, in rare cases, these devoted dogs have been observed to live up to an astonishing 11 years, granting Messi and his furry friend extra moments to forge unforgettable bonds.

Messi and Hulk are enjoying some fun and playful moments together at Messi’s family residence. Right now, the staff at the luxurious home in Castelldefels, which is only 12 miles away from Camp Nou, are taking good care of Hulk. Hulk is a Bordeaux mastiff, known for their impressive size with a height of up to 27 inches and a weight of around 110 pounds. These mastiffs typically live between five to eight years, although some may even reach 11 years.

At the moment, Hulk is being diligently looked after by the staff at Messi’s beautiful home in Castelldefels, a peaceful suburb near Camp Nou. Meanwhile, Messi has been making a significant impact in the world of US soccer while playing for Inter Miami CF, solidifying his position as the prominent figure in MLS.

During the interview, Messi discussed the morning routine his family follows on school days. They begin their day with a group breakfast at 7 a.m. before dropping off their three sons, Thiago, Mateo, and Ciro, at school. Afterward, Messi and his wife take some time for themselves, either by resting or enjoying their favorite TV shows. On specific days, Messi also fits in a morning workout with Inter Miami. They then pick up their children around 3 p.m. and proceed to take Thiago and Mateo to soccer practice at their club’s academy.

Furthermore, Messi revealed that he and his wife are open to expanding their family in the future. He mentioned their desire to have a daughter, stating, “We would be happy if a girl came into our lives.” However, he made it clear that they are not actively searching for one at the moment.
