However, a kind-hearted woman stepped in and provided care, which aided the puppy’s recovery. With her help, the dog has made significant progress.
Something truly remarkable occurred in Menfi, a small town located in southern Italy’s province of Sicily. Chiara Calasanzio, the founder and activist behind Oasis Ohana organization, has been working tirelessly to retrieve a lost coat. The coat belonged to a dog named Hello, found by Chiara after receiving a report that a puppy had been abandoned in a vehicle that was on the move. Chiara was overjoyed to hold Hello in her arms once again.
Chiara took to her Facebook account to express her disgust upon receiving a lawsuit. Her anger stemmed from the recent incident where a puppy was thrown out of a moving car in Memphis which she found repulsive and unacceptable. The perpetrators not only threw the innocent life out of the vehicle but also left it to suffer as they drove away. Chiara emphasized that animals are not objects, but living beings that deserve love and respect. She added that she could feel the pain that the helpless puppy would have gone through, and it saddened her.
A kind neighbor rescued a dog who was then taken to a foundation for help. The foundation quickly had the dog examined by a veterinarian to ensure her health and found that she had suffered head trauma, causing temporary blindness. The days following the rescue were crucial for the dog as her vision and very life were on the line.
Following a few weeks of dedicated attention, the puppy’s health started to show signs of progress as she regained her appetite and began to gain weight. Chiara expressed her joy in seeing their “little girl” eat well and develop more mobility since they first rescued her. Based on her growth and teething, they estimated that she was around three weeks old, which was quite different from her initial condition of being undernourished and unable to open her eyes, which they believed was due to the severe impact with the asphalt.
After witnessing Hola’s remarkable progress, the foundation has declared that the adorable little animal is now available for adoption. The announcement was made via their official Facebook page. According to the foundation, whoever decides to adopt Hola will bring boundless happiness, serenity, and purpose to their household. With Hola by their side, they’ll have a brave warrior who will constantly remind them to stand strong in the face of adversity and never give up until they emerge victorious.
